As we move forward through the process of auto repair there are a number of operations that have to be coordinated, including structural repair, body repair, paint refinishing, alignment, detailing, Quality Control, and delivery.

Delivery

Our Customer Service Representative will call you and schedule a time for you to pick up your vehicle. At that time you will be invited to inspect the work we’ve performed for you.

Your Customer Service Rep will be happy to assist you with any paperwork required, explain in detail the repair work that has been performed, explain your warranty, and answer any questions you may have about your vehicle.

Bowl for Kids- 23-24th of February

Twin City Collision Repair is sponsoring the Bowl for Kids’ Sake for the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Lafayette. This event is held on the 23rd and 24th of February and is the only fundraiser that the charity holds all year.
